Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab has decided that all its members of the Punjab Assembly will fully participate in today’s budget session. According to the Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly, Mian Riaz Qureshi, all party members will attend the assembly session instead of staging a protest outside Adiala Jail.
He said that PTI members will strongly represent the public in the budget session and effectively highlight public issues. He added that the opposition will use the budget session as an important platform to address public concerns.
Mian Riaz Qureshi further stated that the issue of not allowing meetings with PTI founder and the lack of medical facilities will also be raised in the assembly. According to him, this matter is also part of the party’s key demands.
According to PTI Punjab, during the budget session the opposition will not only present public issues but will also put forward its stance on political matters, including the release of the PTI founder.
