Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that a peace agreement between the United States and Iran could be finalized within the next 24 hours, and Pakistan is grateful to both countries for their cooperation in this process.

He stated that due to Pakistan’s efforts and progress in negotiations, the two sides have come closer than before. After the agreement is finalized, preparations for signing will be made, followed by technical-level talks in the next phase.

According to the Prime Minister, this agreement could serve as a strong foundation for lasting peace in the region, and Pakistan is playing a positive role in advancing the process.

Meanwhile, according to US media reports, President Donald Trump has informed the Israeli Prime Minister about the possible agreement. The reports also suggest that Israel has reservations about the Iran deal and concerns regarding Iran’s nuclear program.

CNN reports that Iran has begun securing its stockpile of enriched uranium.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that all parties must implement the agreed points without any conditions, and that fulfilling commitments is essential.
