Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq met with Iran\u2019s Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghaddam, where detailed discussions were held on bilateral relations and the regional situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting, the Speaker of the National Assembly extended heartfelt congratulations to the Iranian leadership and people on the Iran\u2013US peace agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that Pakistan welcomes this agreement, describing it as a positive and encouraging step toward promoting peace, stability, and mutual trust in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq further stated that the Iran\u2013US peace agreement will play an important role in establishing peace at both regional and global levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Iran\u2019s Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam appreciated Pakistan\u2019s government, parliament, and diplomatic leadership for their efforts in facilitating the peace process between Iran and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that Pakistan\u2019s political, parliamentary, diplomatic, civil, and military leadership played a positive and effective role in this process, which is highly commendable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting also included discussions on strengthening Pakistan\u2013Iran bilateral relations, enhancing parliamentary cooperation, and reviewing the overall regional situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Iranian Ambassador, along with his delegation, also attended a session of the National Assembly and praised Pakistan\u2019s parliamentary traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
