The court ordered his release upon submission of surety bonds worth PKR 100,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional Sessions Judge Irfan Ahmed Sheikh, while issuing the written verdict, noted that the case was registered with a one-day delay and that no reasonable explanation for the delay was available on record. According to the court, the suspect was accused of abducting the complainant\u2019s daughter; however, a review of the case record revealed several significant concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judgment stated that there were inconsistencies in the victim&#8217;s statement. Furthermore, the CCTV footage presented in the case did not support the allegation that the child had been abducted and placed in a sack, as claimed by the prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court further observed that the accused is already in custody and cannot be kept detained indefinitely.
