The court accepted his review petition and set aside the earlier judgments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision was announced by a three-member Supreme Court bench by a 2-1 majority. The bench also overturned the decisions of the trial court and the High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the proceedings, Justice Ayesha Malik announced a short order. The same bench had previously reserved the verdict, which was later issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court ruled that the PTI founder has a full right to present his stance and defend himself in the damages case.
